What made you choose TMR?
“I was drawn to TMR by the combination of the mission and the people who work here. The sustainability issues attracted me, but it was meeting my future boss, the management and my predecessor that made me feel this was the right place for me. I could immediately see myself both in the role and in the culture.”
What have you done before?
“I have worked as an accountant, accounting consultant and financial manager. During that time, I have worked with the entire breadth of the finance function. I have mainly worked in service companies in IT, staffing, recruitment and analysis.”
Describe your professional journey in three words
“Drive, process development and digitalization. And if I can sneak in a fourth dimension, it is the meeting with people who have always followed me.”
What will you focus on in your new role?
“I’m stepping in to build on a strong foundation. I want to sharpen the ways of working, simplify where possible and drive the digitization that makes the finance function even smoother. The goal is to lift the whole in a way that feels both smart and sustainable.”
